Call for Papers

Due to the current events related to Covid-19, the conference will be organized virtually by videoconference.

The 13th European Congress for Stereology and Image Analysis ECSIA’2021 will be held in the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines in Saint-Etienne, France, on June 28-July 1, 2021.

ECSIA is a high-level conference from the International Society for Stereology & Image Analysis (ISSIA) aiming to promote stereology and image analysis in a wide range of disciplines

ECSIA is an important event for researchers, engineers and scientists from around the world to present and discuss recent advances, technologies and applications in the fields of Image analysis and Stereology. The conference will feature world-class speakers, plenary, regular, poster and special sessions as well as business and industrial exhibits.

Paper submission

The authors are requested to submit an abstract (2 pages maximum including figures and references) of their contribution following the instructions on the web site of the conference. Contributions may be either original or already published; it has to be specified clearly during submission. Original submissions are highly encouraged.

Authors of the papers presented at the conference will be encouraged to submit an extended version of their papers for possible publication in the Journal of the ISSIA Society: Image Analysis and Stereology.
